The IT department is now using Smartsheet for the process to request new user accounts.
To properly set up a Windows/Email/Syteline/PDM/FactoryTrack account we need a few additional pieces of information that are on the Smartsheet Login request. Some of these user requests require multiple people who update several systems.
The Smartsheet Login link is on the New Berlin intranet page. If this link doesn't work - go to the Intranet page and click on "Smartsheet Login" and then "IT Onboarding":
