Helpful Tips for CPQ tickets

1. Please submit helpdesk tickets whenever you notice an issue.

We aim to have a correct, accurate system.  We don’t want users to “work around” issues – please let us know!  Please include an Estimate or Order Number for reference.  Describe what it's doing wrong, and what you expect it to do.

2. Have one issue or problem per ticket

Some problems take longer than others, some are quick. Having one issue per ticket allows us to work tickets into available time slots.

3. If something is not on the Price Pages, it shouldn’t be in the Configurator.  Let us know if you see discrepancies!  You can submit tickets in the "Product Management" category to notify Price Page authors if changes are needed.
