To create a Salesforce ticket we will need the following:
1. Who are you logged in as? (in case it's a permissions issue)
2. What part of the system are you testing? (leads, opp, etc.)
3. High-Level Description: [Ex: XYZ failed to add ABC]
4. Detailed steps to recreate the issue
Ex: - Create new opportunity
- Select application detail
- Send Opp to Syteline
- View Field XYZ to see ABC missing
5. Expected Result:
6. Actual Result: Include screenshots
7. Record Hyperlink: Copy/Paste a hyperlink to the exact Salesforce record so we can see it.
Please include Lead/Opportunity/Estimate/Order numbers too.
