Export Data from Power BI

First, due to a quirkiness in Power BI, click a line in the grid and then click it again. Sounds odd, but this makes sure you are downloading the data in the grid.

Then hover your mouse over the top right corner of the grid until you see the ellipses (…) for ‘More options’. Click the ellipses.

You will get a pop-up menu. Click ‘Export data’.

You can select a ‘File format’ of csv or xlsx, and then ‘Export’.
