Avante screen does not show on desktop
Log in to Avante.
Hold your mouse steadily over the blue SBClient icon on your task bar until the mini Avante screen shows. This can take a few seconds. It will look like this:
Right-click on the mini Avante screen. There will be a menu, as follows:
Select the Reset SB+ Desktop option on the menu.
